Note!  Later in the episode Lieutenant Tragg asks Mr. Drake whether his licence plate number is LTZ 413, to which Drake responds in the affirmative. Look closely (hover over the image to get a torchlight on the plate, click it to get a zoom): does that look like LTZ 413 to you? Me neither. Rather, I'd say it was KLF 760 or KLT 760 (that slash is a flaw in the film causing the L to look a bit like an E at first glance, hence my confusion on the third letter). In TCOT One-Eyed Witness it's another plate altogether, NEN 829!
